How fast do I get my song?
You hear a free preview in about a minute after you finish the short questionnaire. After you unlock the full song, it is delivered to your email and your private song page right away.
Do I really hear it before paying?
Yes. You listen to a preview first. You only pay if you want the full song.
Is the song made by AI?
Yes. The lyrics and music are created with AI from the names, memories and preferences you share, and the vocals are AI-generated, not performed by a human singer. We review songs before delivery.
What if something is not right?
Every song comes with redos, and each redo can take up to 48 hours. Reply to your delivery email or write to help@getstoory.com. See our Return Policy for the details.
Can I get a refund?
You hear a free preview before you buy, so refunds are limited: you can request one within 2 hours after your full song is delivered. After that, we fix problems with redos. See the Return Policy for the full rules.
What is Song Vault + Stoory VIP, and how do I cancel it?
It is an optional membership you can add at checkout: free for 3 days, then $7.99 a month billed once a year at $95.88, and it renews until you cancel. Cancel any time from your Whop account or by emailing help@getstoory.com. You will see the price before you pay.
Why is there a charge from WHOP*STOORYSONG?
Payments are processed by Whop. A charge that reads WHOP*STOORYSONG is from Stoory. If you do not recognize it, email help@getstoory.com with your order email and we will help right away.
Where is my song after I buy it?
We email it to the address you used at checkout, with a link to your private song page where you can play and download it. Check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see it, or write to help@getstoory.com and we will resend it.
Is my story kept private?
Your song page is private to you. To create your song we send what you enter to the AI services that write and record it. See our Privacy Policy for details, including what we share and your choices.
